Insurances

We take MES Vision/Medical Eye Services Insurance.

We can submit a form on your behalf for OUT OF NETWORK benefits for VSP/Vision Service Plan Insurance. They will send a check to reimburse you.

For other vision plans, we can give you an itemized receipt to submit for reimbursement.

EYEMED:

Eyemed says they have two many providers in our area and will not let EFK be a provider although we are a specialty optical.
